"His approach uses a very effective combination of 360 degree feedback and ongoing situational and behavioural coaching. He is effective both in one-to-one coaching and in group situations. He is business focused and can establish trust and credibility with senior people very quickly.
I would definitely recommend Andrew as a senior level coach”.

"Andrew is a highly effective coach. He helped us become aware of our values and how we lived them. H used a results orientated approach which plays off. He was able to sustain trust with the whole team and manage ethical and professional boundaries.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew as a assentor level coach".

The role of the EIR is to foster and support a culture of entrepreneurship across Birkbeck, resulting in high levels of graduate employability, student/alumni engagement and faculty involvement.
Andrew is a first rate professional. I have seen this in addition to his work with the Hub, when he gives Master Class seminars to my undergraduate and postgraduate students".
